• 19 October 2021 – Opening date of the offer

• 1 November 2021 – MetalsTech priority offer closing date

There is a A$2 million priority offer for eligible MetalsTech shareholders as part of the IPO. This may be closed early, at the discretion of the Company and Lead Manager.

• 8 November 2021 – Closing date of the Public Offer and Lead Manager Offer
